Here are a few recent photos from our travels around the US. We’ve had the privilege of spending a good bit of time with our daughter and grandsons:
It was freezing cold when we left PA, but the sun was shining with a temperature above 70 degF when we passed through SC and stopped by my old university:
Over the weekend, we met up with newlyweds Timothy and Caitlyn and my sister and brother in law in Chattanooga:
Here is another sibling photo, this one from back in December while attending our nephew’s wedding in Connecticut:
On a different weekend down in Georgia, we climbed Mt. Yonah with Stephen and Jessica (and found some geocaches):
We plan to return to China in about 10 more days, so we are very thankful for the time that we’ve been able to spend with family and friends on this side of the planet!
Oh, Earle Hall! Hard to imagine how much time I spent there… and how completely different that is from anything I’ve done in years.
Looks like a lot of good photos — glad you all have had the chance to see everyone / travel around this year.
That snow slide is amazing!
Loved seeing your grandsons—so adorable! Glad you can enjoy your time here even though the weather hasn’t been wonderful sometimes. (Thanks, BTW, for sending that card to Linda C.!)
